When you shop at Cbdanmark.dk, you must be 18 years of age or older.
CBDanmark is your marketplace for certified CBD products. Our vision is to create the most transparent and easy-to-understand platform. We are a Danish established company and webshop with a clear vision to offer the highest quality products on the market.
Product names are fictitious and are used for marketing purposes only. Our products represent different phenotypes of EU-approved hemp varieties, which cannot or should not be equated with illegal Cannabis.
We want to create value for those who experience challenges in everyday life, and our purpose is to make life easier, better and more sustainable. We do not compromise on quality in any way, which is why we frequently test products and continuously research the market for the best and most luxurious products available on the market.
Due to our own positive experiences with CBD products, we want to give everyone the opportunity to experience the products for themselves. This became the basis for the creation of CBDanmark. We are available and ready to advise you on exactly the products that interest you.
CBDanmark does not sell CBD products as medicine, but rather as cosmetics, gifts and souvenirs that contain less than 0,2% THC, as permitted by Danish law. There is no evidence that our products can be used as a treatment. We emphasize that CBD products are not medicine and therefore cannot diagnose, treat or cure diseases.
Payment
Cbdanmark.eu accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

CBDanmark.eu uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1 – 3 business days. Orders placed before 10:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Valid on business days only.
CBDanmark.eu ships goods with the following: GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring
Delivery area:
- GLS and PostNord deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA.
- We use Shipmondo as our shipping partner, and offer shipping with all the well-known companies such as: PostNord, GLS, Bring, DAO.
You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home. Freight mail is sent directly from Shipmondo's service.
Right of Cancellation
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered to the recipient.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and must be returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your desire to exercise the right of cancellation.
Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email. info@cbdanmark.eu, to which the standard cancellation form must be completed and attached (see the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.
Return
Once you have notified us that you would like to cancel your purchase, you will have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to very large orders, for example.
The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 299.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,
The goods stand upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value and quality of the goods caused by handling other than what is considered necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Cbdanmark.dk to assess the condition of the item. This may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item
Repayment of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, no extra delivery costs will apply in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer) no later than XNUM days from the day we has received your message that you will cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products that comply with the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Cbdanmark.eu within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. In this connection, we will refund reasonable shipping costs, as well as any return costs.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.
The right to a complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
