Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You will be responsible for returning the package and will be liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to very large orders, for example.
There is no right of withdrawal for the following agreements.
Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Offer and discounted items, as well as discontinued items. We also point this out on the product page, if applicable. If nothing is stated on the product page, the general right of withdrawal will apply.
You are liable for any deterioration in the value and quality of the goods caused by handling other than what is considered necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will not receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to SenseShop.dk to assess the condition of the item. This may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.
